How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order and click "Return Item". Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will arrange a free pickup within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Electronics must include all accessories and documentation. Customised products are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange any product for a different size, colour or variant. Simply initiate a return and place a new order — or contact our support team for direct exchanges.
