Shopping

How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll need to be logged in or create an account to complete the purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are encrypted and processed through Razorpay with PCI-DSS compliance. We never store your card details.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery available in select cities.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹500. A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹500.

Returns

How do I return a product?
Log in to your account → My Orders → Select order → Return Item. We'll arrange a free pickup within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
Yes! You can save multiple addresses in your account and choose the desired one during checkout.
